Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment

All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. This ensures your time slot is reserved exclusively for you.

Payments are securely processed via PayPal or Stripe.

Session Format

All sessions are conducted online via Google Meet. You will receive a private meeting link after your booking is confirmed.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that plans can change.

You may reschedule or cancel your session with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost.

Changes made less than 24 hours before the session may result in the session being forfeited.

Missed Appointments

If you miss your session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and is non-refundable.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services and time reservation, all sessions are non-refundable once completed.

Technical Requirements

Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and access to Google Meet. If technical issues occur on your side, the session will proceed as scheduled.

Our Commitment to You

If we ever need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will always be offered a new time or a full refund.

We are committed to maintaining a respectful environment. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if necessary.
