Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Booking and payment

Appointments and any payment arrangements are confirmed directly by phone or email. Your time slot is reserved once you receive confirmation.

Session format

All sessions are conducted by phone. The call details will be confirmed after your appointment is scheduled.

Rescheduling and cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost. Changes made less than 24 hours before the session may result in the session being forfeited.

Missed appointments and late arrivals

A session missed without prior notice will be considered completed. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our services and time reservation, sessions are non-refundable once completed.

Phone requirements

Please ensure that your phone is working and that you are in a quiet, private place at the scheduled time. If connection issues occur on your side, the session will proceed as scheduled when possible.

Our commitment to you

If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a new time or, where applicable, a full refund.
